Who we are
Lisa Lebowitz
President
Lisa Lebowitz, Potentialize LLC’s founder, helps individuals, teams and organizations grow to be more effective. She has over 25 years experience as a human resources and organizational development professional, focusing on coaching, training and development, change management, performance management, and supervision and leadership development.
Lisa coaches executives and high-potential leaders across the globe, teaches workshops on a wide-range of topics, and facilitates strategy sessions and retreats. Lisa’s expertise also includes conducting needs analyses and creating programs to meet those needs. She has also developed organization-wide initiatives related to onboarding, culture change, employee engagement, and performance management.
Lisa received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She received her coaching certification from The Center for Executive Coaching and is also a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Lisa has also taught as an adjunct instructor in the business school at John Carroll University.
Lisa lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking with her family, and expressing unrealistic expectations for Cleveland sports teams.
